Terms of service

Plain-English terms for a South African platform. They are deliberately short. A lawyer should read them before this platform takes real money from real customers, and this text is a starting point for that conversation rather than the end of it.

What we provide

Software that runs trading strategies you configure, against an exchange account you own. We provide the tool. You decide what to run, on which coins, with how much.

What we do not provide

  • Financial advice, recommendations, or any assessment of what suits you.
  • Custody. Your money never touches an account we control.
  • Any promise about returns, uptime, or that a strategy will make money.

Your account

  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
  • Two-factor authentication is required before you can connect an exchange account.
  • The exchange API key you give us must have withdrawals disabled. We check, and we refuse keys that do not. Keeping the key safe at the exchange end is yours to do.
  • You are responsible for what your bots do, including their losses.

Payment

  • Paid plans buy a period. Nothing renews automatically: you pay again or you drop to free.
  • Dropping to free does not close your positions. Bots beyond the free allowance stop opening new ones; what is open stays open with its stops in place.
  • Refunds for a period already running are at our discretion. If the platform was broken for a meaningful part of it, ask and we will sort it out.

Stopping

  • You can pause or kill any bot instantly, and delete your account whenever you like.
  • Revoking the API key at your exchange stops us being able to trade at all, without needing us to agree.
  • We can suspend an account that is being used to attack the platform or other users. We will tell you why.

Liability

We are liable for what the law says we are liable for and no more. We are not liable for trading losses, for an exchange's failures, or for what the market does. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes and disputes

If these terms change materially we will tell you before the change takes effect. South African law applies, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
